I’m having a big party, should I rent two machines?

We suggest that if you are having:

100-149 people: You Should consider getting two of the Traditional Commercial Grade Machines.

150-200 people: Two Traditional Commercial Grade Machines is a must or One Beast Machine.

200 to 300 people: We highly recommend getting three Traditional Commercial Grade Machines or Two Beast Machines 

Do the machines need ice? 

No, all of our machines will freeze the mix without ice.

Can the machines be outside?

Yes, but they should not be in direct sunlight.  We do have a Sun Canopy if needed for rent.

Do I Need A Table for the Machine? 

No, the machines have a rolling cart.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all rentals require a $39 deposit. We do not guarantee any machine reservation without the deposit. 

The deposit is subtracted from the total amount due. You pay the remainder balance to the driver, either Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle or credit card. Sorry, no checks.

Do you offer a cash discount. 

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

You can make a reservation up to one year in advance. All of our reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis. Most weekends we are sold out especially during the warmer months. 

We strongly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance

If it's during a holiday weekend we recommend at least a month.

If I cancel do I get a refund on my deposit? 

If you cancel your order within 10 days of your rental date you will receive your deposit back.  

If you cancel your order less than 10 days before your rental date there will be no refund. 

What happens if there's bad weather on the date of my rental?  Can I cancel? 

If there is a tropical storm or hurricane you can cancel your order for a full refund. For any other weather-related issues unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. It is strongly recommended to have a back-up plan if you're going to have your party outside. 

Can you provide the liquor for the machines?

Unfortunately, No, we cannot.

Is it expected to tip the delivery person?

Absolutely not. There is never an expectation of a tip.

Do I have to clean the machines after the party?

Absolutely not. That's the best part about renting from us. Unlike other companies that will charge you if you don't clean it, we do not want you to clean it. After your party just unplug the machine and we'll take care of the rest. Just go to bed and enjoy the rest of your night!

Can I have the Machine for more than one night?

Yes, We offer full weekend rate of $49

Delivery on Friday and Pick up on Sunday or Monday (You Pick)

Whole weekend for $49?

We can Delivery on Friday and Pick up on Sunday or Monday (You Pick).

Most of the time customers like us to pick up on Sunday late afternoon. We give you the option of pickup on Monday if that is better for your party.

What Time do you deliver the Machines?

We have 2 delivery time frames. You pick which one works best for your party. 

6:30AM to 9:00AM

8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

At least 24 hours before your event we will notify you the approximate time frame (based on the time range you selected) we expect to be at the delivery destination. 

We will also text you when we are approximately 20 minutes away from delivering.


We now offer guaranteed time frames (best for surprise parties) for $49.99

You pick a 1 hour time frame. If we are late even one minute not only will we refund the $49.99 plus we will also give you 50% off the machine rental.  

Can I pick up / drop off the machine?

We used to have an office to allow people to pick up and drop off.  Unfortunately, after many issues mainly due to customers damaging the machines, we made the decision to not allow customers to transport machines. Sorry, there are No Exceptions. 


When do you Pick Up the Machines?

All rentals are based on a one-night rental.

We generally will start picking up machines between 9:00 AM and finish around 12:00 PM

What happens if I can't be there to pick up?  

In most situations we can go to the backyard without you being there to pick up the machine. Your delivery person will set this arrangement with you.

 Are you able to pick up the machines the same night?

Yes, this is very typical for venues where they require all equipment out by the end of the night.

There are additional fees. We can pick up the machines as late as 2 a.m.

My Zip Code is not listed, Can I pay extra for you to deliver to me?

Unfortunately, No 

Most weekends we are sold out. The logistics of trying to go past outside of our target market becomes a time and financial constraint. We are very sorry and know that this frustrates a lot of potential customers. 


There is one exception:

If you are ordering multiple frozen drink machines we do extend our delivery zone. We do this on a case-to-case basis. Please email us at HoustonFrozenDrinks@gmail.com for a quote. 

Can you delivery it to an address and them I will transported with my vehicle

We have had too many issue in the past with people damaging these machine. These machines are very big and heavy.
