Can I Refill the machine if I'm out of mix?

Yes, Keep in mind that when you refill the machine it will take about 20 min. to be ready again.

Can I use a Different mix if I refill the machine?

Yes and No- We don't recommend changing the flavors because you would need to clean out the machine or else the two flavors will mix. Some mixes are okay to mix but some will not taste well.

What time do you deliver the machine?

We deliver from 8:00 AM to 2 PM, If your party is starting in the afternoon we will delivery at least 2 hrs before your party.

What happens if you deliver in the morning but my party is not until later in the evening?

We will set up the machine and run it to make sure it is working properly.

When we leave, we turn off the machine.

So all you have to do is turn on the machine about 1.5 Hrs before you party.

After the party do I need to clean the machine?

No, that is the best part. After your party just unplug the machine in the next day we will come and clean it.
